At NATURAL SPANISH we treat the information provided by interested persons in order to market  our products and services for teaching Spanish as a foreign language through our platform  naturalspanish.es, as well as for sending newsletters to our users.

The personal data provided will be kept for the essential time for the commercialization of the requested product/service and during the legally established periods.

What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data

The legal basis for the treatment of your data will be, depending on the case, the consent of the interested party,  the execution of a contract or legitimate interest.

Data processing for sending newsletters to our users and business contacts who have registered on our website is covered by the legitimate interest established in the European Data Protection Regulation and in the Law on Services for the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
